Graduate Student Researcher

  • Developing interaction-aware trajectory-planning and decision-making methods for autonomous driving and racing, combining game-theoretic optimization with learned models of other agents' responses.
  • Generated multi-agent interaction datasets and developed algorithms for best-response-based planning, including numerical investigation of convergence and response-model approximation errors.
  • Implemented vehicle modeling, MPC, and collision-avoidance methods, and developed simulation and evaluation workflows using tools including Python, Julia/JuMP, MATLAB/Simulink, CARLA, and CarSim.
